Why do I have to sign up? |

By signing up with Quickaccess, the agent will be able to recognize your account and establish a secure connection. You will also be able to share with other users and be alerted of changes to items that you are tracking.

How do I interact with Quickaccess from my cell-phone? |
 |
Interacting with Quickaccess is accomplished through the web browser on your cell phone and using the standard navigation functions of your phone. Quickaccess has been optimized to make it easy to use with limited screen real estate and a wireless data connection.

What do I have to do to activate Quickaccess? |
 |
Nothing! An account was created for you in one of two ways.
- You signed up on the web site or
- A friend shared something with you.
Launch the browser on your phone (please consult your mobile phone manual for further instructions on this), and point it to www.quickaccess.net. Login with the username and password to see your shared resources. To share with other users, please install the Quickaccess client. The Installation instructions are on the website.

Which devices does Quickaccess support? |
 |
If you can go to a web site on your phone or other mobile device, then you can access Quickaccess. As Quickaccess continues to expand, native support for the different physical characteristics of your device will be updated. In most cases, you'll just notice that things look better.

Is Quickaccess secure? |
 |
Yes. Access to computers is managed through the Quickaccess service, which establishes an 128-bit encrypted connection with the computer. You control what folders are setup for remote access and any access can be further protected by a unique password. Finally, access to computers is controlled by you and is limited to viewing, which eliminates the threat of computer viruses.

How can I login from my mobile phone? |
 |
There are two ways to login. First, visit www.quickaccess.net using your phone's browser. Second, click the link in the SMS message sent to your phone at the end of the Quickaccess installation. Once you've visited the Quickaccess home page create a bookmark to easily return to Quickaccess.

How do I manage my settings? |
 |
To update your account settings:
- Visit www.quickaccess.net on your computer's browser
- Login to Quickaccess account
- Click the My Account tab
- Click the Edit button (towards the bottom of the page)
- Make the necessary changes
- Click the Update button
If you would like to review or change your Quickaccess Desktop Agent settings, including defining folders to share, adding password protection, etc., you can do so from the Desktop Agent. On a Windows compuer, double-click the Quickaccess icon in the system tray; on a Macintosh, click the Quickaccess icon and select Preferences.

How can I share information with other users? |
 |
Login to Quickaccess on your mobile phone. As you browse to various folders, you will see a Share command on the top of the page. Simply click it, and then specify who to share it with. If the user also uses Quickaccess simply type their user-name, otherwise if you are not sure, type their email address to let Quickaccess set up access for them.

Can I define which folders can be viewed remotely? |
 |
In order for you to view your files remotely (or before you share a folder with someone else), you must define which folders are available: Windows:
- Double-click the Quickaccess icon, click the Settings button, and then select the Folder Access tab
- Click Add Folder, select the folder, and then click OK. (Or you can drag-and-drop a folder onto the list.)
- Click OK again
Macintosh:
- Select the Folder Share tab
- Add folders to share by clicking the plus sign, selecting the folder, and clicking Choose. (Or, you can drag-and-drop a folder onto the list.)

What happens if my computer is shut down? |

You will still be able to access the files and folders stored using AnyTime Access.

How do I view email, calendar and contacts? |
 |
You can view schedule, inbox and contacts from both mobile phone and web.
- Point your mobile phone browser to www.quickaccess.net and log in or you may log in from the web.
- Click on Organizer link
- Select the computer from which you want to see schedule, inbox and contacts.
